awsome video i was like lol when the dragon came XD

I’m a bit bugged by the horse’s legs protruding through the rug that’s on top of him. Other than that it’s awesome though.

I couldnt hear the start but the video was amazing! The Kings, ‘YOU SHALL NOT PASS!’ moment was epic. Reminds me of Gloin from Battle for middle earth 2, with his level 10, Earthquake. It sent everyone flying!

Awesome! i just love Jermey Soule’s music
been lovin it sing the early Dungeon Siege days
cant wait to hear what other tracks he’ll create for this game.

That was looking very nice indeed, however, it would be great in later versions to see better animations: swordsman not just trading blows with each other, the king trampling and knocking over one or two units in it’s initial charge and cleaving over other footman with his huge sword.
Also, with those flying dreadnoughts, it looked rather clumsy the way big grey blobs for cannon balls practically rolled out of them and slowly fell to the ground to send soldiers flying in all directions. It would be far better, and more convincing, if you made those balls fly a lot faster and more directly. It just lacks that dynamic feel?
The King’s spell was very cool though. I can’t help but think though that it’s a spell straight out the book’s of TA:Kingdom’s monarch spells where the king unleashed a wall of energy like that? hehe
Anyway, good luck for E3

Awesome! I just loved those flying ships!
Great work by now, but you know … our expectations are really high this time and we are dying to see more improvement in the game.
Keep up the good work

Pure epicness (lol-word xD).
Can’t wait to see next weeks’ video. I want to see more of this!
June 12th, 2010 on 2:34 am
Just great. I’d like to how the dragon will crash the zeppelins !
June 12th, 2010 on 3:28 am
I hope you will integrate more things of TA: Kingdoms!
June 12th, 2010 on 7:55 am
It’s great! The terrain, especially, is awesome. And of course the Blimp Ships of Doom. Also, is Jeremy Soule going to be doing the entire soundtrack? That would be amazing; he’s composed some excellent stuff.

Blinkin’ flip! That looks awesome!
Please make it more sc:fa and less supcom2.

Hello,
im watching this blog from 1st article. I can say, thank you for showing your creativity and cool presentation of your work. Models and Massive battlefield looks good. I belive that nice animations are in process.
Well, you were talking about formations and groups. Will we have smart groups, with changeable behavior?
I mean in Total Wars series is 20unit maximum. But on battlefield we can see 3000mans. I can imagine that in real time game i will have only 10 controllable groups. No controllable Units. Only Groups.
Here is a lot of games for clickers. But here is no game where stronger aspect is logic. Or tactic. usually faster clickers wins. Something like RTS chess. Can i have an idea?
I would like have a game with lower frequency of clicks. Please give me a game where i can win online in 33 minutes with less than 0,3clicks per second average.
Thx. Looking forward.

Hot chick becomes a dragon…….will that be an option in the game? Awesome!
June 12th, 2010 on 1:49 pm
Hello,
It was a very impressive footage. What I would like to see in the future is the fact that the horseman actually not just standing and swinging around with his sword, he goes on a charge where he can flank through enemy lines.
And the other thing i’m hoping for is a Total War style “Grand Campaign”, where you move your generals/have a capital city etc. on the strategic map, but actually the fights for territories and castles would be in real time.
So far i’m impressed with the high quality and fast work in progress.
Defenitely a pre order.

That looked uber-cool! Loved it when the King released his force-field & everyone was flying of the cliff!
June 13th, 2010 on 5:54 am
There wasn’t enough Castle, but plenty of King. Needs more Castle. I have a fever, and the only cure is more Castle.
June 13th, 2010 on 11:27 am
Looking great – one thing though. I hope those chants are placeholders, because they sounded too damn lame. They need to sound much more mighty and powerful and fearsom to be of any use!
June 13th, 2010 on 1:08 pm
dude…
1. your blog is so funny you should make a tv show or sth like that^^
2. the game “looks” good, but will the grafics stay like this or are you gonna improve that? it somehow 2006-ish^^
3. please make your game as good as sc1 and ta

K n’ C is looking great. However, imo there are a few things that would make the game much better-
1. Variety in the King. Why is he rearing up for every attack?
2. The cannonball firing on the part of the airships was somewhat weak. Could they fire the cannonballs rather than drop them?(sorry if that is a bit harsh)
3. The physics/animation for the bridge breaking looked awful. What happened to the famous simulation of Gas Powered RTSs? As the simulation aspect was a strong selling point, I urge you not to change!(If it isn’t too late)
These are simply things I think could improve the game. Looking forward to E3
June 13th, 2010 on 6:50 pm
I would have to agree woth CTfan i hate games with only one attack animations for each unit. Also the bridge will hopefully improve with its breaking animation… The knights look cool! I love when units are tossed everywhere it makes it seem like the abilities you use actually had an effect! I would really like to see more kiting action in the future be put to use as in tactics… Units walking in a vally below get ambushed. Ambush spots should be avialable as in you pay some gold to have traps set up( boulder crushing units, spikes popping out of ground, units in camo pop out and kill units? idk just some silly suggestions)… But ambush spots would feel more realistic like hiding in a forest and killing units walking through~!
June 14th, 2010 on 10:18 am
Very cool. Jeremy Soule’s stuff is always great.
June 15th, 2010 on 4:32 am
I actually like the way the cannonballs look and feel, I think it suits the artstyle well, and the dynamics looked awesome!
Im a big fan of destruction myself, and i’d also like to see more shrapnel and smoke and smaller parts when the bridge crumbles. Perhaps the dead knights “splat” at the cliff walls! You want that exciting feel when you’r units open fire, a chance for hillarious results!
Big fan of your work chris, and GPG! Keep rocking!

Where the hell is the forum for this game? Sheesh, put one up!!
June 15th, 2010 on 3:12 pm
Ok I found it, nevermind!! Go GPG!!!
June 16th, 2010 on 10:26 am
I don´t like the soldier models. They look like a game from 2004 :/
But those flying ships looked pretty cool. Maybe you just add some more polygones to all models and everything is fine
June 16th, 2010 on 12:32 pm
Cool video! The attack animations looked a bit bland though – the king and soldiers just exchanged blows kind of like in war-craft – and I must agree those cannonballs did kind of fell out those ships: a big pity.
Anyway, I am sure you will neaten things up for E3!
Goodluck

I love the Units thats been shown in the movie.
but i noticed that the trees didn’t move when the dragon flyed over them. wouldn’t it be Cool if the trees was schaking from the strength of the wings flaping??
June 17th, 2010 on 2:08 pm
Love it. But… we want to see the dying animation and when troops run to each other the ones who was in front should be cnocked back or killed.
June 18th, 2010 on 8:05 pm
I like the scale. Big battles are good! Thanks for showing us. Can’t wait to see what it looks like in its fully developed glory!

Awesome information, thanks to the writer. It’s incomprehensible in my experience currently, but in common, the usefulness and meaning is overwhelming. Thanks and good luck…

With reborn dolls, the impact is amplified due to the fact it’s not just eyes, but touch, that is engaged whenever you hold or rock a reborn ‘baby’. Custom Berengeur, Ashton Drake, or Edward Middleton babies grab the attention of celebrities too as the general public. Finally, reborn babies seem to be well-loved by nostalgic and grieving parents and grandparents.

The Prison Break is way the most impressive television show I have ever witnessed .This show is really addicting as well as gripping. Has myself on the edge of my chair every single episode. Finest figures are Michael Scofield and Alex Mahone – nevertheless everybody else are truly fantastic. The next tv program in my own list is Lost. You cannot overcom the composing, performing or the all round feel of the program. You question every thing anyone believe in after you observe a few episodes .. however Prison Break is much better.
