Watch the amazing art team tame a mighty dragon in the latest video blog!

I’ve been tuning in every Friday to watch these. I don’t know much about the game yet, but these are some of the funniest developer videos I’ve ever seen. If the game industry doesn’t work out for one reason or another, you could make a killing on YouTube.
Cool dragon too. I started using ZBrush but couldnt get much accomplished with the 30 day trial. something tells me you guys have been working a lot longer than 2 months on this game, it really looks like its coming together nicely.

Another small update on one of the games on my wishlist! It’s great how you approach the subject through a bit of humor. It seems the dragon is getting some killanimation a la Dawn of War…
BTW, have you really sung that awesome song in the hallway? =)

Finally, commenting allowed on the site.
The dragon model is certainly cool already, though its skeleton makes me ‘lol’. Hope the game will rock, when it’s released. 5 stars on youtube for the russian singer. xD

This is how games are meant to be made.

Hey Chris & Co, kudos for doing the videos. They are pretty entertaining. I almost find the ‘behind the scenes’ things like this as entertaining as the products you guys (and gals) create.
Just make sure you keep doing them – all the way through any crunch you may have!

Topologically, a banana is identical to a slinky, is it not?
April 6th, 2010 on 8:18 pm
Dude, love the passion.
April 6th, 2010 on 9:02 pm
Keep up the good work Chris! The difference between the banana and the slinky, is that one is a frustrationg and the other is a weapon used primarily for humilation.

one is a frustration*

I hope this game is as good as they say it will be, I am kind of disappointed with Sup Com 2 though, I was really hoping they were going to add more maps. And the tech tree is in complete disarray. Sorry, I know that this is about Kings and Castles, but gpg is building a bad rep for not supporting and balancing their games very well.

These videos are great, but I feel like there hasn’t been any talk on design, just art and engineering. I really hope to get some more insight on how you are planning the design of the game. Also, how many cups of coffee does Chris drink before he starts his day? He is a bottomless well of energy in these.

Keep up the good work. Love to be able to see it. It would be great to see even more of what’s going on, 3 minutes or so is just not long enough! I hope that the keywords for this game are : Epic, Massive and Castles!
You know if you carry a slinky around in your pocket then you will never ever be bored. Take it, treasure it.
